Ashland Distribution Company's General Polymers Division has begun operations at a new $7 million, 125,000 sq. ft.

Ashland Distribution Company’s General Polymers Division has begun operations at a new $7 million, 125,000 sq. ft. regional distribution centre in Anderson, S.C. The facility will receive bulk thermoplastic materials and will package and distribute plastic resin pellets to General Polymers customers throughout the Southeast region.
Ashland acquired the 43-acre site and developed the new facility to enhance its inventory management and customer service capabilities for plastics customers, as well as provide an infrastructure for the potential expansion needs of its other distribution businesses.
In Canada General Polymers sells and distributes thermoplastic materials from offices in Mississauga, ON and Burnaby, B.C.
