The Association of Rotational Molders (ARM) has named two of its members – Martin Coles and Susan Gibson – into the Rotational Molding Hall of Fame.
Coles joined the global rotomolding industry in the 1980s working for the Italian polyethylene producer EniChem. In 1992, he founded Matrix Polymers in the UK with fellow Hall of Famer Nick Henwood, and today the company is said to be one of the largest material suppliers in the world dedicated solely to rotomolding, with six manufacturing sites located across three continents and more than 250 employees. Martin is a contributor to RotoWorld magazine, writing articles focused on energy efficiency, developing young talent to support the future, and how the benefits of the process can be more broadly used. “He has also sparked the industry to respond more aggressively to the issues of recycling, plastic pollution, and environmental impact,” ARM officials said in a statement.

Gibson has been in the industry since 1991 when she founded Rotation magazine for ARM. She also founded RotoWorld in 2005 for the rotational molding and plastic design industries. RotoWorld is a publication that focuses on the technologies, innovation, product design, materials, equipment and market updates within the rotational molding industry. Gibson is also president of JSJ Productions Inc. which she owns with her daughter, Jennifer Gibson Hebert. JSJ is a marketing and publishing company headquartered in Austin, Tex.
