Alliedsignal and Bayer Announce Deal for Nylon Supply

AlliedSignal Plastics and the Bayer Group have announced an agreement that will provide Bayer Corporation with polyamide 6 resin in North America and Alliedsignal Polymers GmbH, Rudolstadt, Germany, with caprolactam, a polyamide 6 precursor, in Europe. In a joint statement, both companies said the agreement is compatible with their individual globalization programs and will enhance their ability to meet customer needs worldwide.
