Purchase represents a geographic expansion into Central and South America.
In a bid to expand its footprint into Latin and South America, packaging and coatings provider Coveris S.A. has purchased Supraplast, a shrink sleeve and adhesive label technologies company based in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
