U.S. Molder Acquires Canadian Design Firm

Moll Industries Inc., one of the world’s largest injection molding manufacturers, has purchased Precept Industrial Design Inc. (Waterloo, Ont.), a design firm specializing in industrial design, product development and engineering for the electronics, medical products, consumer goods and automotive markets.

Moll has 27 facilities in seven countries employing 4,000 people.
