Goderich Plastics acquires injection molder

Injection molder Goderich Plastics Inc. has acquired the assets of RenWel Inc., a custom manufacturer of high-speed injection molded consumer and medical products. Terms of the deal were not announced. A press release issued at the time of the purchase suggested company officials at Goderich see the purchase as complimenting the company’s own molding business, and plan to use the opportunity to invest and grow in new markets. Both Goderich Plastics and RenWel Inc. are located in Goderich, ON.
