AGR International’s Conveyor Vision Inspection System is a stand-alone device designed to inspect plastic containers as they exit the blow molder on a flat top conveying system. The system identifies critical defects and helps monitor the performance of the blow molding machine.
The CVIS effectively identifies random and chronically occurring side-wall and base flaws, such as contamination, thin spots, holes and inclusions. Irregularities in the finish, including ovality and choked bore, can also be detected.
In addition, the system detects distribution shifts and undesirable trends, while monitoring molding machine performance.
