And PolyCorp Ltd., which is headquartered in Elora, Ont., won the Leadership Award. Polycorp designs and manufactures engineered elastomeric polymer products that protect against corrosion, abrasion, impact, noise and vibration problems in the rail, mining and industrial segments.

Nine other companies were selected from a competitive field of more than 25 finalists to earn Ontario Export Awards in other categories ranging from Transportation Equipment and Leadership to Services to Emerging Exporter. The winner of the top prize, the Exporter of the Year Award, was Mississauga, Ont.-based Cyclone Manufacturing Inc., which builds aircraft components for the world’s largest plane makers, including Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier and Lockheed Martin.
