Atul Sharma, formerly director of the Ontario region and economist for the Canadian Plastics Industry Association (CPIA), has joined the Toronto office of public relations firm Hill & Knowlton as account director, public affairs. The CPIA will continue to use Sharma’s services for Ontario government relations on a contract basis through Hill & Knowlton.

Clinton Township, Mich.-based Kuka Robotics Corporation has named Stuart Shepherd as the company’s new president. Prior to his appointment, Shepherd was the founder and president of Shepherd Solutions, a business development and management consulting firm that focused on robotic automation.

The Canadian Association of Moldmakers (CAMM) has named Dan Moynahan and Angelo Carnvale as its new president and vice president, respectively. Based in Windsor, Ont., the CAMM is an industrial organization consisting of mold makers and their integrated mold making network, formed for the purpose of fostering the interests and addressing the concerns of Canadian mold makers.
