Lise Peterson, the office manager for the Windsor, Ont.-based Canadian Association of Moldmakers Inc., is leaving the organization as of April 27, 2007, to take a position with the Town of Tecumseh.

NOVA Chemicals Corporation and INEOS have nominated three senior officers for the companies’ proposed joint venture, as announced in March 2007. Kevin McQuade has been named chief executive officer, Martin Pugh has been named managing director, and Chris de la Camp has been appointed chief financial officer (CFO).

Edmonton, Alta.-based Wood Composite Technologies Inc. has named Thomas Villetard asits new CFO. Villetard, who assumes office effective May 1, replaces outgoing CFO Gordon Green.
