Dublin, Ohio-based chemical and plastics manufacturer Ashland Distribution has appointed Joy Gallo as director, source management, for composites.

Vancouver-based polyurethane insulation maker American Insulock has announced the resignation of Edna Keller as director and CEO. The company will begin an immediate search for a new CEO.

Resin supplier A. Schulman Inc has named Joseph M. Gingo as president and chief executive officer to succeed Terry L. Haines, who is retiring. Gingo has been a member of Schulman’s board since 2000 and will take up his new posts on January 1.
