Dier International, D Cube form strategic alliance

Unionville, Ont.-based Dier International and Montreal-based D Cube have announced a strategic alliance for the Eastern Canadian market, and appointed each other as exclusive sales representatives.

“This allows us to offer closer service to our customers in areas where distances have been a problem,” said D Cube president Denis Dufour.

The agreement will include products manufactured by Motan Inc., Rapid Inc., Thermal Care Inc., Arburg Inc., and Erema.

D Cube will handle all products for Quebec and the Atlantic provinces. Meanwhile, Dier International will handle Arburg and Erema for Ontario, and continue to handle all the other brands for all of Canada except for D Cube’s territory.

“The alliance completes both companies’ product lines with world-class equipment and offers customers a more focused local relationship,” explained Dier International president Greg Reid.
