Borealis, Novolen enter licensing agreement

Borealis and Novolen announced they have entered into a license agreement allowing Novolen’s metallocene single-site polypropylene (PP) technology rights to be available to Borealis.
The agreement grants Borealis rights to manufacture single-site polymerization catalysts to produce Borealis metallocene PP solutions. In addition, both parties have entered into a joint development agreement to further develop metallocene single-site polymerization catalysts for use in bulk PP polymerization processes.
