Versatile extrusion blow molder

Developed at the request of Magic North America for a wide range of extrusion blow molded bottle applications, the Magic MG-L5-8/D machine is becoming popular worldwide because of its precise yet versatile operation.

The machine incorporates closed loop proportional control and proportional control of blowing air. Mold movements are highly re-peatable, not varying by more than 0.02 sec.

This double-side machine can accommodate up to 6 heads in various configurations. Carriage movement through a 55 degree arc allows rapid clearance of the head, and the mold area is free of bars to allow oriented bottle discharge.
