Wilmington has completed the first in a series of low profile structural foam injection molding machines. The clamp on these low profile units is as low to the floor as possible to reduce building height requirements.
The machines are designed for factory automation and ready for robots, with an SPI standard robot interface and mounting pad.
Machines are available with dual 175 mm extruders with shot size up to 300 lb. The Model 750 LP (shown) is approximately ten feet high.
