Spirol has developed the Model HP Heat Insert Driver for semiautomatic installation of inserts into thermoplastics by the heat transfer method.
The equipment is free of noise and health hazards and has an ergonomic design intended to reduce repetitive motion problems.
Preset and repeatable air pressure and temperature settings assure uniform insert installation. It is adaptable to dual head and multiple module configurations for simultaneous x, y and z axis installations of multiple inserts.
