Royal to Buy Two Pipe-Fittings Fabricators

Royal Group Technologies Ltd. has purchased 75 percent of the assets of Le Ron Group of companies and 100 percent of the issued and outstanding shares of Fabtech Fabricated Technologies Inc. Both companies fabricate large diameter pipe-fittings, primarily for municipal water and sewer pipe systems. Le Ron Plastics is located in Surrey, B.C. and Fabtech is located in Bolton, Ont.
