Insight preprocessing software for Stratasys’ fused deposition modeling systems increases the machine’s build speed and improves design engineers’ control and efficiency. The software will be distributed to all Stratasys users; it replaces Quickslice, a standard since 1993.
Insight allows significantly faster model building as well as materials savings with new control over toolpath and model-support creation. A packing function lets users combine and build several smaller models simultaneously.
The software operates on a Windows NT platform, and is able to manage the job queue or send jobs from any workstation on a network.
