Tricut Tool has introduced its Roughing Ball-Nosed Cutter SR-SAF in 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, and 50mm diameters with metric or inch shanks. The indexable cutters, designed by SAFETY, feature specifically-developed carbide grade PX40 for machining the difficult steels and stainless steels of the mold, die and aircraft industries. PX40 with its P40 titanium carbo-nitrate coated substrate is intended for roughing ISO applications, in the ranges P30-P45 and M20-M40.
