Ejector blades for small parts

Available in more than 90 size combinations, D-M-E’s new Inch Ejector Blades are ideal for such small part applications as electrical and electronics components.

The blades are made of high quality M2 steel, and have been through-hardened to 58-62 HRC for superior wear resistance.

They come in a wide variety of thickness, widths and lengths to fit the individual needs of each project. Additionally, the heads of the blades are annealed for easy machining.

Latch locks for multi-stage plate sequencing

The new Z174/… latch locking units from Hasco are designed for multi-stage plate sequencing in injection mold tools with 50, 80 and 100 mm strokes.

The Z174/… offer longevity in relation to wear and maintenance even when used for fast cycling tools with high deformation forces. Additionally, the latch locking units are suitable for larger molds and are available from stock.
