Faster, more energy efficient drying

Using innovative heat pipe technology and thermodynamic heat transfer, Webb Technologies’ Speedryer 1500 offers performance equal to a dessicant dryer in one quarter of the time, using less than half the electrical energy, says the manufacturer.

The 1500 model is smaller than its Speedryer 2000 predecessor, and suits the needs of injection molding machines 75 tons or smaller. It can process up to 20 lb./hr. of most hygroscopic materials with only a 30 minute start-up.
