CPIA president and CEO Pierre Dubois presents a Canplast Award to Janet Jarvela for her valuable contributions to CPIA's Vinyl Council of Canada over the past five years. Jarvela is public policy communications manager with Dow Chemical Canada Inc.In 1998 Jarvela played a key role with the VCC during negotiations with Health Canada on the phthalate and toy issue.
