Gilles Decelles (left), the president of MAC Closures Inc. (Waterloo, QC) receives his Canplast Award from CPIA president and CEO Pierre Dubois. Decelles showed extraordinary leadership on a recent project which resulted in the establishment of a Chair for plastics and funding for an undergraduate program in plastics the faculty of engineering at Laval University in Quebec, QC.
