Decoma drops bid for Peguform

Canadian auto parts maker Decoma International Inc. has withdrawn its bid for the financially-troubled French parts supplier Peguform. Peguform is in receivership, and one other company was also reported to have made an offer.
Decoma launched its bid Jan. 31, and gave no reason for withdrawing the bid one month later.
