Ashland, PolyOne, named sole N.A. distributors for certain Lustran products

Lustran Polymers, a business unit of Lanxess Corp., recently named Ashland Distribution, a division of Ashland Inc., and PolyOne Corp., as it sole distributors in North America for some of its lines of resin.
These include:
Lustran ABS and SAN;
Centrex ASA, AES, ASA/PC, AES/ASA/PC blends;
Triax ABS/Nylon alloys
Lustran plans to gradually phase in this arrangement during the first half of 2007 and has plans to finalize its regional distribution strategy by the end of the first quarter.
