Wear coating for glass or mineral loads

Unmatched wear resistance is provided by Polymer Cleaning Technologies’ Extreme Coatings XC 1000 screw coating process. The coating uses Surface Engineering’s unique HVOF process to deposit a highly adhering, non-brittle layer of tungsten carbide-cobalt to the surface of the screw.

The XC 1000 coating can be applied to new screws as a substitute for chrome plating, nitriding or other TIG-applied coatings. The coating can also be applied when the screw is being rebuilt, and can be polished to any finish.
