Nissei Plastic Industrial Co. Ltd. of Japan has added two new vertical type injection molding machines to its TNS Series. The new rotary type TNS75R with clamping force 75 ton, and single-acting type TNS30 with clamping force 30 ton, were developed on the basis of existing vertical injection molding machines, a number of which were sold for insert molding and dissimilar material molding. They offer customers improved maneuverability and a wide range of choice.

The rotary type TNS75R is suitable for a space saving automatic molding system in a high-cycle operation, as well as in mass production of automatic insert molding. The TNS30 single-acting machine was developed as a low-cost molding machine suitable for small lot insert molding of small products, small-size products molding, and composite molding by a plural number of molding machines.

The machines, which require only one third the amount of space needed for a conventional machine, are designed to save cost and space.
