Pelletron’s anti-static Gravity Deduster uses magnetic coils to disrupt the static attraction between plastic pellets or regrind flake and dusty fines contamination. An air wash allows successful removal of up to 35 parts per million at less than 0.1 micron.

A special deck design ensures the removal of streamers, angel hair and snakeskins.

A new vertical dust collector with reverse pulse kit is available for self-cleaning the filter, eliminating large, costly bag house dust collectors.

The capacity of Deduster units ranges from 225 kg/hr (for molding and extrusion applications) to 90,000 kg/hr for railcar and box loading stations.
