Asaclean-Sun Plastech is introducing an enhanced version of its low residue, low-temperature grade purging compound.
ASACLEANE grade has been best known for its low residue characteristics that make it ideal for use in clear and/or soft resin applications.
The new E grade formulation features better cleaning power — up to 20 per cent in some cases — than the former version. Its overall residue formation also has been decreased by up to 25 per cent.
There are no changes in the purging procedures and the operating temperature still remains between 320F-530F (160C-270C).
