The new Wattwatcher 2000 Granulator Controller eliminates the waste caused when granulators run idly. The Wattwatcher 2000 uses a photoelectric eye to start the motor instantly when the granulator is fed. A vibration detector shuts off the motor when the cutting chamber empties. Savings are achieved by using less electricity and by decreasing overall machine wear.

Improvements on the Wattwatcher 2000 include a vibration protected transformer for improved durability, adjustable time delay from 20 seconds to 2 minutes and the electric eye can be mounted on either side.
