High speed cutter

The Kaltenbach KKS 401 is a high throughput miter cutting saw, incorporating proven Kaltenbach upstroking blade technology. The 450 mm blade remains hidden safely below the table during machine setup and material handling. Short cycle times are achieved through hydraulic feed, rapid blade return and electronic blade height setting. The KKS 401 is designed as a full CNC system with handling systems, including automatic bar loading and programmable output sorting systems, that can be customized to specific customer requirements.

Unique, user-friendly EDM

Elotherm’s P1 are the only die sinking EDM machines in the world that have a fixed portal in combination with the drop tank, a configuration which enhances user-friendliness. The P1F has the same basic machine design in even larger dimensions, with the added benefit of a fixed tank that can be opened at three sides for optimum workpiece access. The design is laid out to meet the requirements of large mold and die construction.

Precision grinding

Tru Tech Systems has introduced its newest line of precision CNC grinding machines with Talking Software. The software is the company’s own windows-based Pick-N-Place program that eliminates the need to use G-codes.

Tru Tech’s Pick-N-Place software is available on 3-axis and 4-axis CNC systems, CNC OD/ID grinders and CNC cut-off machines. Standard repeatability is guaranteed within 30 millionths of an inch and, with an optional super-precision model, guaranteed within 5 to 10 millionths.
