Shred-Tech opening new office in Raleigh, N.C.
Canada-based shredding and recycling equipment maker Shred-Tech is expanding to a new factory location in Raleigh, N.C. to meet increasing customer demands.
The new 20,000 square-foot facility supports the company’s strategic plan to centralize its business in Raleigh while consolidating the existing parts and service business currently based in Apex, N.C.
“This expansion will give [us] the capacity and resources needed to achieve its growth objectives while improving customer service in the region,” the firm said in a statement.
Shred-Tech will host a grand opening event on June 7 from 12:00pm until 5:00pm.
Founded in 1980, Shred-Tech is headquartered in Cambridge, Ont. In addition to its facilities in Apex and Raleigh, N.C., the firm has locations in Bedford, England, and Thailand, as well as distributors in the U.K., Australia, and Japan.
