The Canadian Tooling & Machining Association (CTMA) has elected Ted Callighen as its new president.

The Canadian Tooling & Machining Association (CTMA) has elected Ted Callighen as its new president.

Callighen is a 35-year veteran of the Canadian tooling industry, spending most of his career with ThyssenKrupp and Schmolz+Bickenbach Canada (tooling materials division). He has held a variety of sales positions over his career including Ontario regional manager, and is presently the director of sales for Schmolz+Bickenbach Canada. He is also a past-president of the Canadian Association of MoldMakers (CAMM) located in Windsor, Ont.

Headquartered in Cambridge, Ont., the CTMA is a not-for-profit trade association representing the Canadian tool, die, mold, and machining industries.
