Custom molder NS Technologies Group Inc. has acquired rotational molder Shirlon Plastics Inc.

Custom molder NS Technologies Group Inc. has acquired rotational molder Shirlon Plastics Inc.

The purchase makes Milton, Ont.-based NS Technologies one of the largest rotational molders and heavy gauge thermoformers in Ontario, the company said, and in the top 50 rotational molders in North America.

The terms of the purchase have not been disclosed, but NS Technologies said it received assistance in the deal from investment bank Osprey Capital Partners.

Founded more than 40 years ago, Shirlon Plastics is headquartered in Cambridge, Ont.
