Negri Bossi acquires Italian automation supplier Sytrama

Italian injection molding machine maker Negri Bossi has purchased Italian automation supplier Sytrama.

The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Based in Vignate, Milan, Sytrama has been manufacturing automation equipment since 1975.

According to a Negri Bossi press release, Sytrama will remain in Vignate, which is only a few kilometers away from Negri Bossi’s headquarters in Cologno Monzese.

“The entry of Sytrama into Negri Bossi , a company of Sacmi Imola, will enable the development of integrated automation solutions with high performance in order to supply products with higher efficiency to its customers,” the release stated. “This integration is a major step towards Negri Bossi fulfilling its objective of becoming a key provider of complete solutions to its customers.”
