Mold-Masters beefs up Brazilian manufacturing facility

In an effort to grow their Latin American market, hot runner and tooling manufacturer Mold-Masters Ltd. is expanding their production facility in Brazil.

The Georgetown, Ont.-based company will add new equipment, including CNC centres and operating machines, to their Sao Paulo manufacturing plant.

“This manufacturing expansion, paired with a new global quality standard on manufacturing processes of hot runner systems, mold bases, and temperature controllers, shows how important the Brazilian and South American market is for Mold-Masters,” says Robson Goncalves, operations manager of Mold Masters Brazil. “Continued investments in Brazilian operations will enable more support to local and South American customers, emphasizing Mold-Masters’ position as the worldwide leader in hot runner systems.”
