Milacron names Bruce Chalmers as new CFO

Cincinnati, Ohio-based plastics processing equipment maker Milacron LLC has appointed Bruce Chalmers as chief financial officer.

The appointment becomes effective on November 21.

Chalmers, 48, will be replacing the current CFO John C. Francy, who is retiring at the end of 2014.

Chalmers has served as Milacron’s vice president of finance since January, 2014. Previous positions also included serving as CFO of MetoKote Corporation and as a managing director with Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP’s Transaction Services Practice.

“Bruce has been a valued member of the Milacron finance team since early 2014 and he will add significant value to the company based on his finance skills, knowledge of the business and his past experience,” said Milacron’s CEO Tom Goeke.

Milacron supplies processing equipment across five businesses – Milacron Plastics Machinery, Mold-Masters Hot Runner and Process Control Systems, DME Mold Technologies, Milacron Aftermarket, and CIMCOOL Fluid Technology.
