Husky completes acquisition of medical and closure mold maker Schttli

Husky Injection Molding Systems has completed the acquisition of the medical and closure mold maker Schöttli Group of Diessenhofen, Switzerland.

Schöttli has plants and service facilities at its headquarters and in San Dimas, Calif, and Suzhou, China.

Bolton, Ont.-based Husky announced the acquisition last month, buying the mold maker from Swiss industrial investor CGS Management, a private equity firm. Husky is owned by Berkshire Partners LLC and Omers Private Equity Inc.

The terms of the Schöttli purchase have not been disclosed.
