Hamilton Plastic Systems acquires Hamilton Avtec

Canadian auxiliary equipment supplier Hamilton Plastic Systems has acquired the assets, inventories, and intellectual properties of Hamilton Avtec.

Hamilton Avtec is a manufacturer of material handling equipment including pellet and powder loaders, vacuum and pressure pumps, station controls, additive feeders, rail car unloading, and custom scale systems.

Prior to the acquisition, Mississauga, Ont.-based Hamilton Plastic Systems provided solutions for bulk material handling of plastic materials, while being the exclusive distributor for the complete range of all Hamilton Avtec, Shini, and Movacolor products throughout North America.

Also, Hamilton Plastic Systems has moved from 1040 Cardiff Blvd, Mississauga, to 230 Brunel Road, Mississauga. The company’s phone number remains the same.
