Private equity firm Graham Partners has purchased Scandia Plastics, a U.S. manufacturer of blow molded bottles, containers, and light industrial parts.
The terms of the purchase have not been disclosed.
Headquartered in Sheboygan, Wis., Scandia’s products are sold into a variety of end markets, including medical diagnostics, healthcare, household and industrial chemical, and general packaging.
“As a family owned and operated business for over 30 years, we felt finding a partner with expertise in the plastics packaging industry was important to our continued success,” said Lars Graff, CEO of Scandia Plastics.
Scandia operates from a 125,000-square-foot facility with 35 blow molding machines.
