Equipment sales veteran Dave Miller has been named general manager, size reduction for auxiliary equipment supplier Conair Group.

Miller spent more than 31 years with Rapid Granulator, a sister company to Conair under the ownership of IPEG Inc. There, he held a series of sales and sales management jobs and most recently was regional vice president of sales. In February 2015, IPEG sold Rapid, which is headquartered in Sweden, to Lifco AB, another Swedish firm, and Miller subsequently left to become director of sales for Universal Dynamics, a position he held until joining Conair.

“Dave Miller brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and product knowledge to the size reduction team,” said Steve Petrakis, Conair’s vice president of sales in the U.S. and Canada. ”With this addition, I think Conair now has the most knowledgeable and most experienced size-reduction team in this market.”
