Conair begins online auxiliary equipment sales

Auxiliary equipment manufacturer The Conair Group, of Cranberry, Pa., has launched an online store for selling machines and spare parts.

Called “Conair BuyNow”, the site can be accessed through a link at Conair’s website.

“The biggest benefit of Conair BuyNow is convenience,” said Larry Doyle, Conair’s vice president, global sales & marketing. “You can order what you need at any time, without contacting a sales rep or even to picking up the phone. Our research has shown that most of our customers are very comfortable with the idea of buying equipment online and we’re excited about being able to offer this additional service.”

The online service is being offered first to North American customers, Doyle said. Within the month, the company intends to add a variety of “QuickShip” items – popular standard equipment stocked for immediate shipment.
