Two Canadian firms conducted some big business at the K 2010 trade show in Dusseldorf, Germany earlier this month.

Blown film system designer Brampton Engineering Inc., of Brampton, Ont., sold its third BE coextrusion line to Haremar Plastic Manufacturing Ltd., a manufacturer of polyethylene and barrier film products for the printing and converting end-use markets.

“In the past, Brampton Engineering has supplied our company with world class and leading edge technologies that have enabled our team to provide our customers with the highest quality and most consistent film products in the marketplace,” said Mark Lichtblau, Haremar’s corporate vice president. “Based upon our collaborative efforts with BE, we feel this new line will exceed our previous milestones.”
