Azo’s Flexidos metering and weighing station is used for accurate dispensing of virgin material, masterbatch, additives and regrind when coloring plastics. The unit can be installed beside the press, or can be part of a central coloring system.
Batch accuracy is within 0.1 gram of target weight. Throughput of each ingredient is recorded and documented.
Two models of Flexidos are available, with capacities of up to 180 kg/hr or 380 kg/hr.
