Fast Heat’s Elite Series Valve Gate is designed for use in manifold or direct feed applications. The design increases operational efficiency while maintaining simple setup and valve pin adjustment.
Utilizing standard manifolds and standard Elite LV series bushings, it is possible to process parts from one to 2000 grams. The Elite Valve Gate is available with hydraulic or pneumatic control with two gating options for compatibility with various plant operations.
The valve pin operates independently from the flow channel, and in-press maintenance allows for maximum uptime.
