The TL-MAX II Sided Treater Station is the latest in a line of narrow web treaters available from Enercon Industries Corporation. The TL-MAX II provides the smallest possible machine mounted component that is compatible with long-term reliability and overall maintenance requirements. Available in bare roll, covered-roll and dual dielectric styles, the TL-MAX II is designed for double-sided treatment in four standard web widths: 10, 14, 18 and 22 in., and is small enough to mount right after the unwind section or just above the first station on most narrow web presses.

The TL-MAX II is powered by Enercon’s UL-approved Series 2000 Compak power supply. The entire system enables converters to run in excess of 700 fpm with any substrate, conductive or nonconductive.
