Analytical Spectral Devices Inc. (ASD) introduces LabSpec Pro, a versatile quality control tool that is rugged and durable for use in the chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and food industries.

This truly portable near infrared analyzer has laboratory accuracy to meet your QA/QC needs. A host of probes and sampling accessories are available for the fibre optic input to measure liquids, powders and slurries. Its wavelength range from 350 nm to 2500 nm can penetrate plastic bags, bottles or glass vials, so samples can be tested in their original containers.

The 15-pound LabSpec Pro, with its built in handle, measures 15 in. x 4.4 in. x 12.5 in. and operates on AC/DC or an NiMH battery. With a scanning time of 0.1 seconds and a sampling interval of 2 nm, LabSpec Pro is ideal for all non-destructive quality control applications.
