Swiss Steel International NA is now the official name for the North American distribution operations of the production mill Edelstahl-Witten-Krefele GmbH (EWK).
Formerly known as ThyssenKrupp Specialty Steels NA (TKSSNA), the name change is the result of the sales last May of EWK and its international subsidiaries to Swiss Steel AG. The company is a well-known provider of specialty steel warehousing and processing tool steels, including mold steels. It has a warehouse in Mississauga, Ont. and a heat treatment facility in Windsor, Ont.
