Students honored by moldmakers

Greg Parker of Durham College (Whitby, ON) was the gold winner of the annual pre-apprentice awards presented by the Canadian Plastics Industry Association’s Mould Makers Council. Parker (left) received his award from Rick Hornung, president of Nova Wire EDM & Laser Corp. Fifteen moldmaking companies and suppliers to the industry sponsor the pre-apprentice competition.
