Plastics tooling solutions provider StackTeck Systems Inc., based in Brampton, Ont., has sold the operating assets and business of its Walnut, Calif., facility to a private U.S. company, the firm announced October 3.
“This change allows us to focus on our traditional core markets, and to provide our customers with technical and operational excellence,” Randy Yakimishyn, president and CEO of StackTeck, said. “Following the sale, StackTeck will have increased resources to invest in new initiatives that will ensure our continued growth.”
StackTeck’s offerings include plastics injection molds for caps, closures, medical applications, thin-wall packaging, as well as systems integration, in-mold labeling systems and mold bases.
